Cancellation policy
At No Filter Skin, we strive to offer flexible purchasing options for our customers, including subscriptions, pre-orders, and try-before-you-buy items. Below are the terms for modifying or canceling these types of purchases.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency and duration you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be charged for each scheduled delivery unless you opt to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you do not wish to renew, you can cancel at any time.
You can manage or cancel your subscription by accessing your order confirmation email and following the link provided.

PRE-ORDERS
When you purchase a pre-order item, you are securing an out-of-stock or upcoming product before it becomes available.
We may collect a partial deposit or no payment at checkout, store your payment details, and charge the remaining amount when the item is ready for shipment.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order before it has been fulfilled.
If the order has already been fulfilled, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may be eligible for a refund under our Return Policy.
TRY BEFORE YOU BUY
For Try Before You Buy purchases, we authorize your payment method before shipping the item.
You will have a designated trial period to decide if you want to keep the product.
If you do not return the item before the trial period ends, your payment method will be charged for the full amount.
