IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING RETURNS

  • Return Authorization Required – All returns must be pre-approved before sending the item back to us.
  • Condition of Returned Items – Products must be returned in their original packaging with all printed materials, promotional items, and accessories. The item should be unused and undamaged.
  • Shipping Responsibility – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We are not liable for lost or damaged return packages, so we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • Repeated Returns – We reserve the right to review and limit return requests from customers with a history of frequent returns.
  • Return Policy Compliance – Returns that do not meet our policy criteria will not be eligible for a refund. Such items may be sent back at the customer’s expense or disposed of upon request.
  • Return Window – We accept returns only within 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period, returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted.
